1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging the services of IQ Investigation Private Detective Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

IQ Investigation provides private investigation services including but not limited to background verification, surveillance, corporate investigation, missing persons tracing, cyber investigation, and legal support investigation. All services are conducted within the framework of applicable Indian laws.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your case requirements
• Not use our services for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purpose
• Not request investigation methods that violate applicable laws
• Make timely payments as per the agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of investigation methods and agent identities
• Use investigation reports and evidence only for lawful purposes

4. Service Agreement

All investigation work begins only after a formal service agreement is signed by both parties. The agreement will specify scope of work, timeline, fees, payment terms, and deliverables. Verbal agreements are not binding.

5. Fees & Payment

• A non-refundable advance of 50% is required before investigation begins
• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final report
• Additional expenses (travel, equipment, third-party fees) will be communicated and approved in advance
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all case details, findings, and identities involved. IQ Investigation will not disclose client information to any third party without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitations of Service

While we strive for the highest success rate, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Investigation results depend on factors including subject cooperation, available information, legal constraints, and external circumstances beyond our control.

8. Evidence & Reports

All reports and evidence provided are for the client's use only. IQ Investigation retains copies of all case files for 7 years. Reports are provided in digital and/or physical format as agreed. We are not responsible for how clients use the evidence provided.

9. Cancellation

Clients may cancel an ongoing investigation with written notice. Fees for work already completed and expenses incurred are non-refundable. Cancellation within 24 hours of engagement may qualify for a partial refund — see our Refund Policy.

10. Liability

IQ Investigation's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific case. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the IQ Investigation website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to resolve through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
